Law exam is less than 2 days away! Arghh! After flipping and "studying" through, I just realised how much I don't know. =.= Seeing the quantum meruit, res sua and res extincta etc, made me realised like I am studying a foreign language..hmm? Maybe italian or french I supposed. Yuck! Law really is like half memorising (case laws) and half understanding (principles). T_T"
Feeling headache right now after completing Duress, Mistake, Discharge and Remedies. Boy, its raining here. Completing 4 chapts...left 2 more-Misrep and Privity..and and the 10% assignment. Shoot..Memory getting poor as now...shoot!!! Cant seemed to remember most case. Argh! [><] ...help?
