Case 1

Last 2 days, there was this person, a woman to be specific, called. She asked (in fact more like yelled) about a course in the RC Zone. As I am NEW, I told her POLITELY (with a capital P) that I'm not sure and I will check with my colleague. I hold up the phone and talked to my colleagues. They say don't have. So I told the woman what my colleague EXACTLY said. Then instead of asking NICELY, she yelled : " HOW CAN DON'T HAVE? ARE YOU SURE??" Okay, my boiling temperature just went up by a few degrees. ):< Then I apologised ( what the hell? Not my fault also must do like that) and said that I'm not sure and I will ask my colleague to get back to you. She then continued : " I ALREADY LEAVE MY CONTACT FEW WEEKS AGO YET NO ONE CALLED ME!" (Of course lah, see your attitude who want to talk to you! :x) Then she added:" If don't have the course, might as well take down the poster lah!" ( You talk so much why not you go down to your RC lah and ask them take down! WTH!)Anyway, the yoga lesson is in Zone 2 RC, not Hougang CC lah! -_-'

Case 2
Today, a woman called and I answered. She asked for my name. She talked to me about appealing for a flat etc. In short, she seemed desperate for help. Okay, I sympathise with her situation and I told her I will tell my colleague to call you back as he is busy handling some front counter customers. So I took down her number and name. After less than 30mins, she called and demand for me:" You said you will ask your colleague to get back to me. I waited for so long yet you no call" <- Hello lah, less than 30min so long meh? Again, I've got to apologise (wth!) and said my colleagues is still busy. Then I talked to another colleague and she advise me get back to her later while she will tell me what to do. After putting downt the phone, my colleague suggested asking her come down to Hougang CC to know more about her situations. So I called the woman and she said she at the airport (WTH?) She asked me how to get there while I gave her the Hougang CC address. Then my colleague then said ask her don't come down, we get her RC Zone Chairman to talk to her. Then the woman said ok and will wait for the Chairman's call. So I called up the RC Zone Chairman and gave her the needy woman's number. After 30mins or less, the woman called up again!!! She kind of raise her voice: " I WAITED FOR THE MDM ANG TO CALL ME BUT SHE HAVE NOT CALL!" I then NICELY talked to her: "Yes I gave her your number." She then continued: "CAN YOU PLS ASK HER TO HURRY UP! Now I at airport and my leg, I walking limping you know!" My answered:" Okay" and I just hang up. :P I told my colleague but she said can't rush the chairman. Then I think about 1-2hr she called back and my colleague answered. :P But she very weird lah. I told her RC Chairman, she said I go say is Hougang CC chairman. -_-" And I said is MDM ANG, she said is Miss Ang. Wth??? Make me look like my fault!

Seriously, my boiling point keep increasing. One day probably I may just shout or yell at an unlucky customer who tread on my toes :p Haha! Joking lah! Just want get my itp over and done with. -_-'
